New engine runs a lot better than the old one, still some frame rate hitches when looking at the city as the giantess. Might want to consider the option of having the pieces "expire" eventually, to try and mitigate that. Also, is the pick up/drop from the older version, as I've not quite worked out how to pick things up in the new version. Any word on updating old levels to fit into the new engine?
